Pastor Christian has lived in the Antelope Valley for most of his life, growing up in Rosamond. During his senior year of high school, at a Christian Club, he accepted Jesus as his Savior. He began attending Grace Chapel Lancaster in May 2010, and joined the staff full-time in June 2014. In November 2018, he was asked to pastor Grace Chapel Neenach, and on March 3, 2019 he was installed as the senior pastor. He is a graduate of Cal State Bakersfield (B.A.), and Moody Bible Institute (M.A.) He and his wife, Anaiz, were married in 2013 and have three children, two daughters, Clementine and Felicity, and one son, Leland. Pastor Christian loves teaching God's Word, and is passionate about equipping and encouraging the church to do the ministry that God has called each and every believer to do.

Jeff has been in the Neenach community since 1998, and his wife, Tawny, who he married in 2003, is also a long time resident. He has three sons and is committed to raising them in a godly home. He was youth leader at Neenach Bible Church and currently he and Tawny work with the youth at Grace Chapel Neenach. Benefiting from a short-term missions trip to Romania, Jeff accepted God's call to work for Him in Neenach. God has given him a love for the small town rural life. Combining his love for the Lord and the love for the desert living makes him a valuable part of the work at Neenach.

Matt and his wife Lisa grew up in Lake Hughes and attended school in Lancaster. They met while working at The Oaks Christian Camp in Lake Hughes. They attended Grace Chapel Neenach during their engagement. They were married in 2011. After a year in the missions field, they returned to Lake Hughes and returned to Grace Chapel Neenach. Matt currently serves in Children's Ministry as a teacher. Lisa serves by co-leading our Women's Ministry. They love sharing God's love to others at Grace Chapel Neenach. They have two daughters, Evelyn and Holly.

Lucas and his wife Stephanie have been married since 2010, and moved to the Antelope Valley that same year.  They have 3 children that participate in the children's ministry here at church.  Lucas was born again when he was 13 at a Jr High Youth group meeting at Calvary Chapel Downey.  Since then, he has had a passion for ministry and serving others in the church.  He has served in multiple ministry scenes including jr high youth ministry, college ministry and worship team ministry.  Currently, he leads the music ministry here at Grace Chapel Neenach.
